brief of action
When you hear “Corner” you naturally think of opening a corner in your store . . . but what about having them blossom in other successful stores? Well this is our idea; we think of implementing our corners in beautiful stores, in prime locations, on “consignment system” and pay a percentage of the sales of your corner to the shop owner.

In the World of today, consignment is the card that retailers are expecting as a “no-investment, no-risk on product and stock”, while it is simultaneously a best card for Brands as they can “access prime locations at no initial cost such as rental or staff charges”.

Store owners love to have new products, especially when those enter with a concept, and enlighten their shop layout.
The corner will be delivered in kit, as a knock-down version to create the dedicated BLUE GLUE atmosphere in their shop!

In seasonal areas, Corners can be installed on the early warm days, and taken out after the season

regional manager profile
We seek managers that will act in the name of our company to develop our market on defined territories.
Our future partners are sharp business men and women with a minimum of 5 years experience in retail and fashion.
They are experienced in the administrative and legislative system of their country, and can run our branch office.
They want to build a career; they are loyal, responsible, discerning, fast actors and solution finders.
They speak the language of their territory and English and are computer literate.

regional manager tasks
Pre-opening
Administrative tasks: create the branch office, choose an accounting and an attorney.
Organize the storage (facility), the corners delivery and mounting.
Ensure the necessary staff for sourcing new hosting outlets, and for assisting in inventory control on site.
Outsource best hosting shops to implement the corners, each being a prime location only.
Negotiate the consignment rates (usually 30% paid to the shop owner is a fair deal).
Train the sales girls of the hosting shop, to the BLUE GLUE products and selling hints.
Input initial stock in the corners, and handle orders and refill with HQ BLUE GLUE.
Post-opening
Control inventory periodically.
Manage money flows.
Make sure that the BLUE GLUE image is always well represented (corners clean, nicely displayed and well stocked).
Periodically renew posters.
Hand out promotional items to maintain brand awareness.
Maintain stock quantity and balance with Head Quarters BLUE GLUE.

They avoid seasonality problem, and Kit-corner will be knocked-down and stored in areas which cannot display bikinis or beach accessories during a winter season, and expect sunny days to re-appear.
