ORDERING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION
buying wholesale online is an easy process! follow the 9 steps as indicated below:

shipping documents
We supply the below documents with each shipment:
1/ an invoice
2/ a certificate of origin (C.O.O) for any shipment over 50 pieces. This document costs 25.00 € which will be invoiced.
3/ a packing list (for shipments over 1 box)
4/ an azo-free certificate can be supplied (upon request)

packing
packing is prepared with very special care, and we will not accept any claim in this regard.
Packing team is composed of 3 people and the stock manager. They make sure that:
- Boxes are duly inner-lined with plastic sheet.
- For sea shipments plastic lining is doubled, and some silicate gel included avoiding humidity.
- When you open the box, items will appear in same order as invoiced.
- For several orders packed in one box, we separate each order using a sheet of plastic, and include information at each separation.
- Boxes are well taped, and tape bears marks to make sure your box was not opened
- Boxes are sealed with nylon wide strap.
- some goodies are sent with each box

shipping
As an additional special service to our customers, we take care of shipping.
- For shipments over 4 boxes: we study case by case, and submit you the best quotation for your expedition.
- For shipments of less than 4 boxes: we have negotiated an excellent shipping rate with DHL, a leading worldwide Courier service company, to provide you with the most competitive Time/Price solution. Parcels are delivered within 4 open days.

This single wholesale price applies to any client, retailer or distributor, buying a minimum of 100 assorted bikinis .

how to access wholesale prices online
You need to have a personal login. Please fill up the relevant form in Blue Glue’s website with your complete selling information. We will check your information and whether we have a distributor in your area. A login will be emailed to you if you can buy direct-factory.

small quantities price
♥ Wholesale price applies for minimum order quantity over 100 pieces.
♥ Any quantity below our minimum and over 30 Pcs. will be invoiced at double price.
♥ Quantities below 30 Pcs. are considered as retail. They will be invoiced at retail price; 10% discount will be deducted for purchases over 10 Pcs.

reimbursement of the difference (over purchase of small quantities)
♥If you have purchased a quantity below our minimum of100 Pcs, and as we have invoiced you at sample price which is double wholesale price, price difference will be credited back to you as soon as you reach our minimum purchase quantity of 100 Pcs., during the same season.

public price range
Retail prices range differently depending on the country and locations where BLUE GLUE is sold. We have established recommended prices and require that retailers follow it, while distributors frame this matter and control that recommended prices be applied.
For Europe, BLUE GLUE besides Collectors and Seamless Laser cut, prices range from 40.00€ to 80.00 €.

Collection price
All sampling and collections are produced in very small quantities which cost over 3 times the production price. Therefore, collections are sold a sample price which is double wholesale price.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment
We demand the full payment of the merchandise before shipment. Payment is considered effective when it is effectively received on bank account, net of bank charges.
Buyer can pay by:
-Bank transfer; please transfer the whole amount (at the transfer time, please specify “total amount, all charges included”)
Our bank will charge EUR 14.00 for each incoming transfer going through foreign service (except Europe). This bank fee will be charged to you.
-Paypal; you can pay online through our website with the secured payment system “Paypal”. Paypal charges 3,9% of the amount which will be automatically added on top of the invoice. Pay online: blue-glue.com/payment

Deposit
Blue Glue requests a 50% deposit for all orders in the below cases:
- order to keep for more than 2 weeks.
- orders which are not fully available immediately, and that we have to keep until they are completed
- distributors orders, as they have to be manufactured on order, especially for each distributor.
- bigger order which needs to be manufactured especially for the client
Full balance has to be paid before shipping.
Deposits are valid for a period of six months; they are not refundable; they apply to the initial order only; no modification such as references, sizes, quantities or delivery date can be accepted.

taxes / VAT
goods are shipped ex-works (EXW). Custom duties and local taxes are not included in the price. They will have to be paid upon delivery.

you can pay online through our website with Paypal. Paypal charges 3,9% which will be added onto your invoice.

Extra costs
♥ Certificate of Origin (COO)
Customs might request a certificate of origin. We can require such document to the ministry of commerce. It costs EUR 25.00 which will be charged to you. This document is available within 1 to 2 days.
♥ Bank fees
If you pay from outside the Euro zone, we will charge you an additional bank fee of EUR 14.00
