Production unit
 
A short tour and overview of production units will be an introduction to the techniques and details of BLUE GLUE products.
   
Product specificity
 
After this we will develop your product knowledge in detail to enhance your selling techniques; from the second skin material that we have created and developed, to the final added values of hand accessorizing, from our specific sewing techniques, to finally demonstrating the high tech new additions. A selection of other brands products will also be compared to Blue Glue. We’ll highlight some « branding » details such as logo embossed on all accessories, heat pressed composition label, hang-tags as stickers, and wide panel of promotional items.

At the time of the confirmation of the Franchise, you are sent the “Know How Manuals” for prior acknowledgement.
Answers to all your questions will be provided during your visit to Head Quarters, first in the office, and then directly in the shops.
   
Training at our offices
 
You will be trained to the administrative system such as import, stock management (ordering stock refill), stock control, bar code system, selling system, and more.
We will also demonstrate the Franchise software, P.O.S., sales analysis statistics etc.
   
Training at our shops
 
You will visit our shops in Bali, and get familiar with bikini retail: merchandizing, handling customer, (evaluation, communication, bikini trial) and upselling techniques.

We have tailor-made our own BLUE GLUE sales software. It integrates BLUE GLUE bar codes, client cards, multi-location stock management, buying and selling with multi-currencies, sales analysis - products/clients/periods, ordering, invoicing, deliveries, etc.
It is a convivial, simple use, graphic & aesthetic, clear and efficient tool which gives us 100% satisfaction.

Network story is shared with you via a monthly newsletter.
It features all the news of the Network such as the opening of new franchises, new distribution networks instated, some BLUE GLUE events, launch of products competitions, and more.
