He should prove to be a good team player, and contribute to the development of the whole, not only of his sales point. By sharing the experiences and the information from all the franchisees, we will improve many fields such as selling assistance, and advertising. So when you become part of the story, please become a positive element which will play a part in improvement of services and products.

he should be fitting into the network’s standard and shouldn’t act as a free electron…although a candidate for a franchise has autonomy and entrepreneurial skills, he will have to follow a certain amount of rules and norms of the network. Franchise requires initiative, but relies on a collective dynamics which supposes those standards.

a Blue Glue Concept Store Blue glue will cost you an average of 20.000 €, (mini 10.000 € maxi 30.000 €), which will be split into Franchise Fee, 10.000 €, layout & decoration of your shop, 4.500 € to 9.000 € (about 200 €/sqm) depending on your shop, and initial stock, 6.000 €.
