STEP 1
you have a project to open a concept store BLUE GLUE, and contact us.

STEP 2
if your location is suitable for BLUE GLUE, we email you the required profile of a BLUE GLUE franchisee, an application form to fill up, and all franchise related documentation as well.
please make sure you agree with each point stated in the “obligation of the franchisee”. Paraph each point, approve and sign the document, then fax or email back to us.

STEP 3
you email back your application and your written agreement regarding each point of the obligations of the franchisees.

STEP 4
you look for a convenient location, and submit us the elements of your project.
we will need complete information to evaluate and work on your project: floor map quoted in cm, all interior view photos, including front façade of the shop, as well as perspective photos of the street in all directions. (we need to assess visibility to create the sign).

STEP 5
if your project is agreed (application accepted, nice location), we will send you a franchise contract. you will sign the contract and send 1 sample back to us. with this contract you will be able to take a renting option on your location.

STEP 6
we conceive your store: this goes from adapting BLUE GLUE’s concept to your location, creating lay-out & decoration, building displays and fixtures.
• our creative team meets for brainstorming on the new project: our director, the architect, an interior designer, our art director, 3D and graphic designer and the chief of building team. brainstorming.
• within 15 days, we will have finalized the lay-out of the new BLUE GLUE concept store: 3d sketches of your shop, as well as quotation which we email to you.
• timeframe for manufacturing the elements will depend on the chosen formula:
1 month for a permanent shop, which will be mainly build of gypsum and boards by the Franchisee; we will supply only presentation items.
2 months for a seasonnal shop, as we would supply the whole knock-down shop fixtures.
• if some projects have been initiated prior to yours, building time frame will apply when your turn has come after queuing in line.

STEP 7
we will start to build decoration and displays as soon as we receive the payment.

STEP 8
when decoration is done, we will prepare your initial set-up stock; we will require a shipping quote and negotiate it for you. we will email you the total proforma, and amount of remain payment – total of merchandise, decoration and shipping minus first down payment for decoration.

STEP 9
we will ship by sea as soon as we will receive your payment

STEP 10: YOUR BLUE GLUE SHOP IS ON ITS WAY!
