We repair, exchange, or emit a credit note for rejects if they occur due to a problem in production. We reserve the choice of replacement terms. Shipping costs involved if any will be charged to client.
If a defect is due to careless use, we will not exchange it. We recommend that you read carefully the Care instruction Tag attached to each style, and take special care of BLUE GLUE swimwear as their aesthetic finishing makes them more sensitive. Remember to rinse your bikinis as oil corrupts elastic and chlorine removes colors.
As it is clearly stated on our Care tags, we cannot accept your return for the following reasons:

ironed item - heat is strictly forbidden for elastics, rubber and lycra fiber. |
|
machine wash, drier or pressing - will affect wires, aspect, colors, softness…etc. |
|
contact with oil - any type of oil such as suntan oil will immediately and definitely corrupt elastic. |
|
chlorine and harsh chemicals from pools and spas - our material is successfully tested under normal conditions of chlorine (private pools). |
|
higher concentrations such as those met in public pools will affect the color. |
|
rough surfaces - any physical alteration due to rubbing is irreversible (wood, rocks, sand, concrete). |
|
rolling when wet in some conditions (wet with chlorine) it could occur that colors run one onto another. |
|
damage on accessories - bikinis with special accessories such as hand-beading, heat pressed motives etc. are more fragile than basic common styles. Therefore they require more care and attention. We have added some special care information on the hang tags in this regard. We will not be held responsible for damages to accessories.
In the case of accessories falling off, we do provide spare ones tied together with hang tags.
