Besides computer skills, (point 1 below) we are seeking graphic designers who are Fashion conscious and real Artists.

We define 2 levels, Compatible (Point 2) and Creative (Point 3). We are currently seeking someone creative.
Please also inform if you can fulfill Point 4, and if you are organized (Point 5) or prefer to focus on the graphical part.

1. Computer skills
   Able to use all basic software; Photoshop, vector design 
2. Compatible
   Understands and execute instructions given by the Art Director without requiring tihgt guidance 
3. Creative
   Directly creates the requested artwork from a given theme (and/or elements which he/she may also contribute to outsource). 
4. Illustration skills
   - Able to hand draw
   - Able to make vector sketches of garments (industrial design)  
5. Admin
   Can organize & file artwork with correct key words. 
6. Management
   - Can explain the work to colleagues and get it done
   - Can evaluate and select new team members (for free lance or for permanent).
